Tariff

Before booking please read and accept the terms and conditions below. Each booking is confirmed only after a 20% deposit has been received, along with a completed booking form. We are happy to negotiate changeover days and shorter breaks during the off-peak season. If you're planning to sail with Brittany Ferries we are pleased to be able to offer a 20% discount on your crossing. For more information please contact us.

Terms and Conditions

• Arrival: No earlier than 1500. Departure: No later than 1100.
• A 20% deposit is required to secure each booking and the balance must be paid six weeks before arrival.
• A 150 Euros, cash deposit is required on arrival. It will be returned on a positive inspection of the property at the end of your stay.
• Linen and towels are available at an additional cost of 5 Euros per person. Please bring your own beach towels.
• Cot/High Chair: Both are available on request.
• Central Heating:   Aero-thermal unit provides under-floor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs. Heating and hot water are included in the price.
• Cleaning: We would ask you to leave the property in the condition you found it.
• Pets: Unfortunately pets cannot be accommodated.
• Smoking: No smoking inside the property.
